Property Portal 24 was built to do exactly that. We deconstructed the listing and buying process from first principles. We worked alongside the strongest minds in the industry, not outside consultants without field experience and rebuilt the processes with technology at every layer. What we Built

We did not theorize this from the outside. We tested it inside Brian Maser's brokerage, The Condo Experts, on real transactions with real clients. The process works for condominiums, single-family homes, and townhomes across residential real estate. It works because it is grounded in the actual pattern of the transaction — not a reimagination of it.

On the seller side, our listings go to market fully packaged: inspection reports completed, HOA certifications verified, preliminary title reviewed, disclosures properly prepared, and every document indexed and accessible. Brian Maser is a top-producing real estate operator and the domain architect behind PropertyPortal24. With over $1 billion in closed sales, 700+ transactions, and 600+ renovations managed, he has spent more than three decades operating at a high level within residential real estate—where execution, precision, and results matter.

As the founder of The Condo Experts, Brian built his reputation not only on production, but on his ability to systemize what actually drives successful outcomes inside complex transactions.

Through years of real-world execution, he developed a set of proprietary frameworks that have redefined how deals are prepared, presented, and closed:

Keith Muenze is a product and engineering leader who builds high-performance systems that simplify complex, high-stakes workflows at scale.

Prior to PropertyPortal24, he co-founded Kixie and helped scale it to over $21M in ARR as Head of Product and Technology. The platform processes more than 1.5 million calls per day, supports real-time SMS communication, and integrates across dozens of CRM systems—requiring precision, reliability, and continuous performance.

Earlier in his career, Keith held product leadership roles at Rent.com (an eBay company) and Dex One, where he built products designed to operate at scale in real-world environments.

PropertyPortal24 was built through Keith’s partnership with Brian Maser, where they identified a critical gap: real estate transactions involve massive amounts of information, but lack systems to organize, interpret, and deliver that information in a way people can actually use to make decisions.

Brian had already developed a proven framework—through the Pre-Packaged Condo Sale™, Listing Summary™, and Buyer Summary™ systems—that consistently delivered faster, cleaner, and more transparent transactions.

Keith is leading the build to scale that framework.

As CTO, he is responsible for architecture, product development, and execution—transforming fragmented transaction data into structured, decision-ready intelligence that accelerates deals, reduces friction across repairs and contingencies, and improves outcomes for agents and their clients.
