From any property, click "Invite Buyer" and enter your client's email. They'll receive a branded invite with a secure link giving them read-only access to their property portal — including document summaries, the risk overview, and the AI Q&A interface. Their experience requires no account setup.

Yes. From any identified risk, you can generate a professional repair request letter or a seller credit request letter in one click. Letters are pre-populated with the risk details and dollar impact. You can edit, copy, or send directly from the app.

Any active Property Portal 24 subscriber with at least one completed property review is eligible for Portal Verified status. Visit the Portal Verified page to learn more and apply. Once verified, you'll receive your badge, be listed in our agent directory, and get a shareable verification asset for your email signature and listings.

Yes. All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We are SOC 2 compliant. Documents are never used to train AI models. Each client portal has a unique secure link and is only accessible to people you explicitly invite.
